What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long-term, fully remote role in business and process analysis, open to candidates based in Thailand. I want to bridge business needs and technology, improve processes, and help turn requirements into practical solutions. I’m especially interested in transformation and implementation projects with close collaboration between business and IT teams.

I am a Senior Business & Process Analyst with 10+ years of experience bridging business needs and technology. My work has focused on understanding business processes, gathering and structuring requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with business and IT teams to implement practical solutions.

I have worked on both sides of transformation projects: as a consultant analyzing client processes and implementing business systems, and internally within large organizations identifying automation opportunities, defining requirements, and working with IT teams and vendors through implementation and acceptance.

My experience spans ERP implementations, business process improvement, RPA and document automation, Power Platform, and data analytics/Power BI across banking, consulting, construction, manufacturing, and other industries. More recently, I have delivered automation and analytics projects for international clients as an independent consultant.

I am particularly interested in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, and Process Improvement roles where I can combine process understanding, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and technology.
