At Bauman Moscow State Technical University’s Project Office and HR Policy Directorate, I translate business processes into system requirements for internal HR systems, integrations, and data-quality work.

I run process discovery and stakeholder interviews, create AS IS / TO BE models, define roles, rules, approvals, data models, and API integrations, then support testing, acceptance, and handover. I completed final acceptance and handover for four corporate projects in September 2026.

For DUPIK, I defined platform logic, interfaces, and responsibility-handover rules for a model containing 161 processes. I also implemented API analytics for HRlink-HR Approval across three units and identified requests with no progress for over a year.

I organised matching and quality control for 8,599 UniversityRecords source rows and designed shared blocks, compatibility rules, imports, and versioning for 40 HRFormBuilder configurations. I work with BPMN, API/JSON, SQL, Excel, Python, Node.js, and functional and acceptance testing.
