What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into Product Operations or Local Market Operations at an international technology company, where I can coordinate stakeholders, improve processes, and support cross-cultural teams.

At Shanghai Boyahui Kindergarten, I coordinated foreign-department operations, managed recruitment and onboarding, and connected international staff, Chinese management, parents, and leadership across cultural and language differences.

Across more than seven years in China’s international education sector, I’ve built structured processes for training, documentation, scheduling, feedback collection, reporting, and day-to-day operational support. I’m fluent in English and Mandarin, have working Portuguese, and am looking to bring my cross-cultural coordination and issue-resolution experience to Product Operations or Local Market Operations in an international technology company.
