What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative and customer-facing role where I can manage priorities, support sales and finance tasks, and deliver calm, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

I’ve built my experience through roles in startups and customer-facing environments in Croatia, from bartending in Bacvice, Split, to call centers like Transcom and Nutrisslim. I’m used to handling inbound and outbound communication while keeping operations running smoothly under pressure.

At Coface as a Telesales and Marketing Associate, I performed outbound sales of financial services to corporate clients and communicated with international clients. I also supported accounting and finance teams, helping with the work that sits behind day-to-day client interactions.

Earlier, I supported sales and marketing campaigns at Concord Sale Ltd, assisted planning and business plan development, and helped with corporate events and presentations. Across all these roles, I’ve focused on client service quality, multitasking, and careful administration—whether that was cash handling, inventory, order tracking, or coordinating information in English, Polish, and Croatian.
