I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in customer operations through a non-voice process and a CCE role, including contributing to the Jumio Project at Mahendra Next Wealth. I bring strong leadership and quick learning to deliver reliable outcomes while supporting company success and my own professional growth.

Alongside my operations experience, I hold a B.E in ECE and have hands-on project and workshop exposure such as multilevel PCB design using advanced EDA tools and a final project on tracking and control of COVID-19 using face recognition tools. I actively build employability through training, seminars, and national conference participation on SMART COMPUTING AND ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS, so I can bring both process discipline and practical technical curiosity to the team.
