I’m looking for a Junior IT Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or Sourcer role where I can work on real vacancies, learn from strong specialists, grow in IT, GameDev, Digital, or international recruitment, and gradually take on the full recruitment cycle.

I’m building my IT recruitment career through freelance sourcing practice, using LinkedIn Recruiting, Boolean Search, job boards, and professional communities to identify IT candidates and assess fit for open roles.

My background spans web design, B2B sales, client service, and operational coordination.
