I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience recruiting software engineers for international product companies and fintech organizations. I’ve successfully hired senior technical specialists—from DevOps Architects and Software Architects to Lead/ Senior Software Engineers, Senior Data Scientists, Senior ML Engineers, and Senior Data Engineers—across .NET, Angular, Java, C++, PHP, Python, AEM, DWH, and BI technologies.

I’m also focused on quality and compliance, working in line with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and improving outcomes such as 90% candidate response rate, 94% offer acceptance rate, and 21–45 days average time-to-hire.
