I’m looking for a role where I can own senior+ technical hiring end-to-end—partnering with hiring managers, running technical screening, building long-term talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience (with GDPR-compliant processes).

I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience recruiting software engineers for international product companies and fintech organizations. I’ve successfully hired senior technical specialists—from DevOps Architects and Software Architects to Lead/ Senior Software Engineers, Senior Data Scientists, Senior ML Engineers, and Senior Data Engineers—across .NET, Angular, Java, C++, PHP, Python, AEM, DWH, and BI technologies.

In my current role, I own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior+ and highly specialized engineering positions, delivering strong stakeholder alignment and long-term talent pipelines. I partner directly with Hiring Managers, Engineering Candidate Experience Managers, and Technical Leads to define hiring strategies, run technical screening interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Previously, I managed full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and IT positions, building sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search. I’m also focused on quality and compliance, working in line with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and improving outcomes such as 90% candidate response rate, 94% offer acceptance rate, and 21–45 days average time-to-hire.
