What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote Customer Support or Chat Support role where I can use my communication skills, financial background, and willingness to learn while building a professional remote-work career.

I've supported customers through informal cash-point work, assisting with transactions, questions, and customer requests.

I communicate clearly in English and Swahili and maintain professionalism with different customers. My Finance and Banking diploma has also given me foundational experience handling financial transactions and customer information.

I'm comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
