I am a customer-focused Virtual Assistant and administrative professional with experience supporting executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel and handling customer inquiries across email, chat and phone. I bring a proactive approach and strong attention to detail to every task.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Systemise and Sell and as a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant at Call Center International, where I maintained accurate CRM records and managed executive schedules. I resolved customer issues efficiently and supported operations with reliable administrative processes.

As a freelance Digital Marketing Intern, I created and implemented social media strategies to boost brand engagement and used CRM tools to analyze campaign performance. I completed an ALX Virtual Assistant course and hold a BA in Education Arts from the University of Nairobi.
