I’m looking for a role where I can keep ERP and POS operations running smoothly, improve reporting and inventory accuracy, and support teams with dependable systems administration—while continuing to grow through web development projects and process improvements.

I bring excellent organizational skills and a positive, upbeat demeanor to ensure efficient office operations, with strong expertise in ERP systems and branch support. As an ERP Systems Administrator at INGCO Kenya, I monitor POS sessions across 20+ branches, manage inventory accuracy through module creation and interbranch transfer tracking, and keep ERP product listings up to date.

I also set up user accounts for new employees, provide system usage training, verify unbilled purchases to protect accurate financial records, and coordinate with branches to resolve operational issues and complete inventory reconciliation. I compile detailed daily reports for management and help integrate new tools arriving from ports into the existing inventory system, while supporting day-to-day administration and data workflows using Odoo.
