I’m a Senior People Operations Generalist with 6+ years of progressive experience across People Operations, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and HR audits. I streamline systems, improve employee experiences, and use AI and automation tools to make HR faster, clearer, and more reliable.
At Varo Bank, I built automated HR workflows via Slack and Okta to improve provisioning, onboarding, and communication efficiency.
