I’m looking for a People Ops role where I can build automation and AI-driven HR workflows, keep payroll and I-9 compliance audit-ready, and partner with leadership on risk controls, metrics, and employee experience improvements.

I’m a Senior People Operations Generalist with 6+ years of progressive experience across People Operations, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and HR audits. I streamline systems, improve employee experiences, and use AI and automation tools to make HR faster, clearer, and more reliable.

At Varo Bank, I built automated HR workflows via Slack and Okta to improve provisioning, onboarding, and communication efficiency. I also leveraged AI for resume screening, sentiment tracking, and HR ticket classification, and served as a People Compliance & Risk Auditor aligned with enterprise risk frameworks and audit standards.

I lead the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, I-9/E-Verify compliance, background checks, and exits—while managing payroll audits with Finance to ensure federal/state compliance. Previously at London Stock Exchange Group, I handled global onboarding/offboarding with multi-jurisdictional oversight using HRIS and ServiceNow, and earlier I managed recruitment and payroll compliance at Positec; I also contribute to DEI initiatives and SOP-driven improvements.
