What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a new opportunity where I can add value to a team, project, or organization. Customer and client satisfaction drive me to perform at my best, and I'm interested in serving as a Junior Loyalty Support Specialist.

At CCI Kenya, I monitor workforce adherence and support planning and scheduling to meet client requirements. I analyze reports for forecasting and planning, and highlight when key performance indicators are off track.

Before moving into my current Real Time Analyst role, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at CCI Kenya, serving customers and helping new recruits transition onto the floor.

At Survey of Kenya, I pitched the company to organizations, supported market research and tender proposals, and worked in sales and public relations. I also studied Geoinformation Technology at Technical University of Kenya and took part in the Imara Policy Fellowship.
