I specialize in commercial liability and professional claims, handling General Liability, E&O, D&O, Property and Auto losses. I bring over ten years of experience across multiple departments and I stay customer service oriented with both external and internal customers.

In my current role, I handle complex Commercial General Liability matters including Slip and Falls, Premise Liability, Wrongful Termination, E&O, D&O, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, and Bodily Injury losses. I draft investigative reports, review new files to determine claim status, and develop a clear plan of action while answering questions from insureds and attorneys.

Earlier, I supported probation officers and offenders using the UCM system and managed an internal helpdesk. I also delivered training sessions on UCM, Microsoft Office, and PDF Tools, created pre and post training assessments, documented solutions to issues, and resolved helpdesk tickets.
