At Cube Root Corporation, I collaborate with federal stakeholders on transportation and infrastructure programs, translating operational requirements into technical documentation, implementation plans, and engineering deliverables.

I've led multidisciplinary teams across transportation modernization, facility improvement, bridge rehabilitation, drainage, erosion control, and infrastructure modernization projects. My work brings together engineers, contractors, public agencies, business teams, and leadership to resolve issues, manage risks, and keep delivery aligned with priorities and regulatory standards.

Previously, I managed projects for OVS Contractor, the Maryland Port Authority, EBA Engineering, Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying, and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. At the Federal Transit Authority, I conducted business analysis for more than 90 federally funded grant programs and prepared executive reporting for senior federal leadership and the White House.

I combine business analysis, technical documentation, process improvement, Agile delivery, and project lifecycle management to turn complex objectives into clear, actionable work.
