Esther Ndiomu

I've supported planning, monitoring, and operational coordination at the National Space Research & Development Agency (NASRDA), where I currently coordinate administrative and technical activities for the Director-General. I prepare technical briefs, performance updates, and financial accountability reports while tracking program activities and resource use.

Previously, I supported NASRDA's Project Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, helping strengthen reporting systems, information management, strategic planning, and senior-management decision-making.

At FHI 360's USAID-SIDHAS Project, I supported donor-funded program monitoring across 13 Nigerian states and produced daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. I've also delivered data analysis, informatics, finance, records management, database administration, and office coordination support for Spear & Shield Consult, the Alumni Association of National Defence College, and the Federal Road Safety Commission.

I bring over 10 years of experience in report writing, financial and administrative support, data-driven decision-making, procurement coordination, and information management. I work effectively across multicultural and multidisciplinary environments and communicate fluently in English.
