What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can manage day-to-day operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and mentor others. I want a team that values discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

I’m a restaurant manager who thrives in fast-paced environments where quality, safety, and customer experience matter. I’m currently attending Criminal Justice, building on the discipline and readiness mindset that guides how I work.

At Chick-Fil-A, I led a team of 10+ employees while ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards. I managed daily operations—inventory control, scheduling, and health and safety compliance—and trained and mentored 30+ team members in company policies, food preparation, and customer engagement.

Alongside my civilian role, I serve as Infantry in the U.S. Army National Guard. I conduct monthly infantry training drills for a 30-member reserve unit, maintaining combat readiness through weapons handling, tactical maneuvers, and physical fitness, while strictly following chain-of-command protocols in austere environments.

I bring a blend of people leadership and mission-focused execution. I’m known for time management, discipline, and adapting quickly—because both customer service and readiness depend on the same fundamentals: preparation, accountability, and clear communication.
