I’m a Customer support specialist with hands-on experience managing customer-related legal claims from initial intake through resolution. At Concentrix Ltd. in Lisbon, I handled escalations and collaborated with external legal representatives to move cases forward and resolve issues effectively.

I also supported high volumes of cases simultaneously as a Customer Support Specialist at Sirti S.p.A. in Milan, where my background in legal affairs helped me deliver accurate guidance on corporate and consumer law. I developed strong problem-solving skills by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely, effective support.

Across both roles, I focus on clarity and compliance: I maintained accurate case documentation, monitored claim status, and ensured adherence to internal procedures and ESTER PALIDDA deadlines. I conduct legal research, deliver tailored solutions, and liaise with internal and international law firms to ensure efficient communication and timely follow-up.
