At DuckWorks, I run a Bolivia-based architectural millwork drafting department serving US and Canadian clients. I lead a 100+ person team through four supervisors and about 15 Team Leads, with responsibility for the weekly KPI scorecard, capacity planning, and hiring plans.
I built the department’s reporting system with Python, SQL, and more than 40 automated tools, so scorecard, capacity, and scheduling decisions use live data. I also wrote the fixed-price project workflow and playbook and piloted a two-stage workflow that separates detailing from production.
As Drafting Supervisor, I launched Cabinet Vision and Mozaik as new service lines. Cabinet Vision grew from a pilot into a team of more than 15, bringing in about USD 450–500K a year; I also created a performance and promotion framework with clear quality and budget targets.
Before DuckWorks, I was Engineering Manager at SMC Bolivia, where I redesigned the plant layout and machinery to raise pneumatic cylinder output by about 25%. I also closed technical sales, led custom cylinder design, and helped grow mining-sector sales by about 250% from almost no sales.
