What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver psychosocial care and structured interventions, collaborate across sectors, and support safeguarding-compliant programmes—using clear reporting and performance-driven tools to improve outcomes for vulnerable people.

I bring over 15 years of progressive experience across social protection, youth psychosocial support, programme coordination, and multi-sectoral collaboration. I manage complex case portfolios with structured intervention plans, and I keep performance-driven CRM systems accurate for reporting, compliance, and safeguarding standards.

For many years, I served as a School Psychologist with a focus on counseling, crisis intervention, parent and teacher support, and psychoeducational interventions. I developed individualized education plans (IEPs), conducted psychological assessments, and worked with multidisciplinary teams to support students with special needs.

I’ve also led sensitive, high-stakes casework—coordinating domestic violence support by providing crisis intervention and advocacy services, preparing official reports, and coordinating institutional communication with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and social services. Complementing that frontline work, I coordinated monitoring and reporting as a Project Coordinator and later trained UNICEF staff and partners as a Trainer of Training using Adult Learning Principles.

Right now, I’m building into cyberpsychology as a Cyberpsychologist, studying online identity formation and designing interventions for internet addiction and cyberbullying. I also leverage my customer-support and travel operations background—using CRM systems and Zendesk—to stay reliable under pressure, handle urgent cases, and deliver clear documentation and follow-ups.
