What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own website and hosting reliability, handle WordPress and user support issues, and improve operations through solid documentation, security practices, and clear communication in a collaborative distributed team.

I’m a Web Master with proven experience supporting web platforms, hosting environments, and end users across remote and distributed teams. I’m known for delivering reliable support, maintaining system stability, and improving operational efficiency across digital services.

My work centers on technical troubleshooting, WordPress management, and hosting administration—installing, configuring, and maintaining domains, DNS records, and server environments. I monitor uptime and performance, run routine updates, backups, and security checks, and perform root-cause analysis to reduce repeat issues.

I also bring a strong documentation and communication approach, capturing incidents, resolutions, and system changes to improve consistency and internal knowledge sharing. With an HND in Computer Science and an ND in Networking & System Security, I combine practical IT support with security fundamentals like access control, antivirus, and backups.
