I am an enthusiastic IT professional in Nigeria with 6+ years of experience in Web Development using WordPress CMS, responsive Themes, and Plugins to create user-friendly, fast, and lightweight websites. I have built websites for companies like ACT Markets, Solar Business Expo, Bita Global, Green Hydrogen, and many more. I have also managed lots of projects with a range of 5-10 team members collaborating and communicating effectively toward achieving our goals.

I am also an experienced IT support officer with in-depth years of implementations and operations. In the scope of experience, I have installed and configured computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and application problems, over the phone and in person. I implemented a series of communication channels such as Microsoft 365 mailing systems, skype, zoom, and SharePoint intranet to enhance collaboration.

Furthermore, I Implemented a cloud PABX system using the Vodacom SIP Trunk system and 3CX communication interface to enhance swift VOIP calls to clients. I created a detailed IT inventory system using Microsoft office excel program to accurately keep track of the company’s IT infrastructure. I have also performed a series of Incremental and Full backup operations using MySQL Database management system. I have Installed and configured Hik vision CCTV cameras using Hik DVR, power box, and Cisco router for virtual transmission of CCTV data to a display screen. I Installed and configured a microwave LAN/WLAN internet infrastructure using Vodacom network devices such as microwave radio, outdoor dish, router, switches, and access points (APs) across the company's facilities.

In addition, I am Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and I am currently honing my abilities in cloud computing. I am passionate about my job and timely delivery and excellence have always been my watchword.
