I've led enterprise programs from strategy through stabilization, including a proprietary iOS platform that achieved 90%+ adoption across Delta's flight attendant and pilot population. Most recently, I’ve applied that enterprise-scale discipline to independent consulting and multi-unit food and beverage operations, building practical frameworks that create accountability, clarity, and momentum.
