At Accenture in Bucharest, I manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate pipelines for external hiring, while providing talent supply, demand, process, automation, training, and analytics support to improve recruiting outcomes.

Before Accenture, I supported DHL's Benelux eCommerce field service operations by monitoring EDI parcel data, resolving customer data issues, troubleshooting servers, and supporting IT hardware and software problems. I've also worked in data analysis, geotechnical data management, customer service, and information processing roles.

My PhD in Geology trained me in scientific research, statistical analysis, data interpretation, GIS, and technical writing. I bring an analytical, investigative approach alongside a genuine ability to connect with people, challenge assumptions constructively, and help others succeed.
