What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level help desk role where I can deliver clear, patient end-user support, deepen Windows and networking skills, and grow within a collaborative team that values learning and mentorship.

I am a motivated, self-taught IT Help Desk technician with hands-on experience using tools like Spiceworks, AnyDesk, Microsoft Defender and Office 365.

I built a simulated help desk using Spiceworks to log, prioritize and resolve sample tickets, and I practiced remote troubleshooting with AnyDesk, UltraViewer and Google Remote Desktop across multiple devices.

My technical strengths include Windows 11 support and troubleshooting, basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP), antivirus management and command-line diagnostics (ipconfig, ping, nslookup), paired with clear, user-focused communication.

I maintain detailed documentation in OneNote and Notion, regularly repair and replace peripherals, and am committed to continuous learning and contributing to a collaborative support team.
