I’m a senior living consultant and healthcare professional committed to providing services where my education and career experience can be of benefit. I blend operations leadership with hands-on patient-care awareness to help teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Since 2018, I’ve worked as a Senior Living Consultant, with additional experience across communities such as Eden Memory Care, Avanti, Silverado, and Touchstone Neurorecovery Center. I also completed a July 2023 to December 2024 sabbatical leave, and earlier strengthened my foundation through long-term roles in senior living environments.
From July 2023 to December 2024, I gained direct clinical exposure at Fresenius Kidney Care, applying my focus on Kidney Dialysis Patient Care. I also bring business and performance capabilities, including Census Management, Budget Analysis, Psychometrics, and Operations Experience.
My academic background includes a Master of Science in Juvenile Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Minor in Psychology. I aim to Lead by Example—aligning people, processes, and data to support strong decisions and better care.
