What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented role where I can contribute across HR, finance, or marketing, continue developing professionally, support innovative projects, and improve workplace efficiency.

I'm currently coordinating human resources at BASS h.P.K., where I calculate salaries, maintain employee records and HR databases, support recruitment, and compile HR and payroll reports.

Previously, I managed a client loan portfolio at KRK-Kreditimi Rural i Kosovës L.L.C., assessing loan applications, conducting financial and risk analysis, guiding clients on repayment plans, and promoting loan products.

My experience also includes customer service at KiKxxl & evroTarget L.L.C., where I handled calls, emails, chats, and customer complaints while following established procedures and policies.

I've supported marketing activities at Gerkos Digital and HR operations at Kubit OXA Group, including branding campaigns, recruitment, benefits administration, employment contracts, annual leave records, payroll, and personnel files. I bring a background in economics, marketing, banking, finance, and accounting, and I value continuous learning and workplace efficiency.
