What I'm looking for

I'm looking to manage HR operations, employee relations, and end-to-end offboarding cases where I can apply my legal background to clear documentation, compliance, risk review, and sensitive employee communication.

I've led the Legal Office at the Chamber of Doctors of Kosovo while taking direct responsibility for human resources matters, including employee departures from initial request through file closure.

I prepare and review employment contracts, personnel decisions, warning letters, separation documents, job descriptions, regulations, and internal policies. I also assess notice periods, documentation gaps, and employment-law risks before cases proceed.

My HR experience includes personnel administration, recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, confidential records, and employee relations at a notary office and the Office of the Prime Minister.

With a legal background, I communicate practical next steps clearly, coordinate with management and internal functions, and handle sensitive employee matters with care and discretion.
