What I'm looking for

I seek an operations or program leadership role in a recovery-focused organization offering mentorship while I complete CADC-I, with opportunities to oversee teams, ensure compliance, and deliver client-centered care.

I am an operations and office management professional with 15+ years of experience across real estate and behavioral health/recovery settings. I combine lived experience in recovery with professional expertise to deliver client-centered care, compliance, and efficient operations.

Throughout my career I have overseen high-volume real estate operations, managed teams of up to 15 staff, and processed substantial transaction volumes while maintaining compliance and strong vendor coordination. In recovery services I have facilitated educational sessions, provided peer support, and organized outreach and training initiatives including Naloxone administration.

I hold RADT-I and Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist credentials, am CPR/First Aid certified, and am working toward CADC-I while completing A.S. degrees in Social Sciences (Alcohol & Drug Studies) and Psychology. I bring empathy, accountability, and trauma-informed practice to client interactions and team leadership.

I am seeking a role that offers professional oversight and mentorship as I complete CADC-I requirements and where I can contribute operations leadership, compliance oversight, and hands-on recovery support to improve client outcomes.
