At DentaQuest, I led an enterprise-wide ERP implementation from planning through system cutover, including policy development and staff training. I also created bridge systems in Smartsheet to support the organization’s financial transition and keep stakeholders aligned.
I manage a $150M+ budget and oversee operations including facilities, vendor relations, and accounts payable. I designed and implemented a procure-to-pay process that strengthened financial controls, vendor management, and audit readiness.
Earlier, at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, I directed administrative operations and supervised a team of 7 FTEs. At Mass General Brigham, I managed a $5M annual budget for an outpatient/intensive clinical program and led implementation of a new Epic system.
