What I'm looking for

I seek a senior compliance role where I can lead AML/KYC program enhancements, mentor teams, drive remediation, and implement technology-enabled controls in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am a CAMS-certified AML compliance professional with a decade of experience across consulting and investment banking, focused on AML, sanctions, KYC, and risk management.

At UBS I set strategic direction for Client Onboarding in Global Markets, led remediation initiatives, improved control frameworks, and represented teams in regulatory exams and audits.

In consulting I built and scaled ACA’s inaugural KYC/CIP managed service, partnered with technology teams to embed automated controls, and drove client-facing remediation and forensic testing engagements.

I am passionate about training and continuous learning, designing curriculum and materials that improved analyst performance and QA outcomes while championing technology-enabled solutions to modernize compliance operations.
