I'm currently guiding clients at Tile, Inc. through tile design and selection, educating them on pricing and installation while processing, tracking, and troubleshooting orders.

I work closely with vendors, warehouse staff, and vendor representatives to keep products arriving on time, prepare deliveries and pick-ups, maintain inventory, and organize showroom displays. I also use Microsoft Office, OneDrive, POS systems, and digital and analog documentation for orders, purchase orders, and stock transfers.

Previously, at Home Depot, I supported customers across products and services, designed custom orders, scheduled project estimates, and ensured installation orders were processed accurately. I helped train new associates, maintained inventory, addressed safety hazards, restocked shelves, and assisted across departments.

My earlier work at Duke University Hospital and June's Hallmark strengthened my attention to testing procedures, supply management, merchandising, cash handling, and friendly customer service.
