At Lovenglish.org, I designed a CEFR-informed diagnostic-to-roadmap workflow that turns learner goals and starting evidence into structured practice and session-by-session adjustments.
As Founder and Director of Studies, I coordinate instructors, schedules, learning resources, and quality review. I also develop workplace English pathways and create facilitator notes, assessment materials, and progress reports.
At Colegio O’Farrill, I design assessments, speaking checks, study guides, and differentiated materials for secondary and UNAM-aligned high-school learners. I provide individualized academic follow-up for students with learning difficulties through targeted booklets, feedback, and progress monitoring.
Previously, as Academic Coordinator & Literature Teacher at Colegio Princeton del Ajusco (now Pedregal Academy), I coordinated academic activities and taught literature. My work is guided by connecting real learning needs with well-designed instruction and evidence of progress.
