I'm looking to lead strategic execution, operating model transformation and cross-functional change in complex, international and regulated environments.

I'm driving cross-functional prioritization, governance and execution for AI-enabled transformation initiatives as Head of the PO Team at Nohara Group.

Before that, I founded Midoli Conseil, advising executive teams on strategic transformation, decision-making, process improvement and implementation. I also supported the rollout of a SaaS-based field application for microfinance operations, aligning business teams and a fintech provider on requirements, workflows and delivery.

Across Advans International, Eurogroup and Peugeot, I've led operational transformation, banking process-control work, and Japanese-market product launches across Europe, Asia and Africa.
