At CONFLUENCE HEALTH, I schedule specialty care appointments to support timely access to clinical services. I also create clinical telephone encounters and communicate with health providers so patient information and care needs are clearly documented.
My work at CONFLUENCE HEALTH has also included processing prior authorizations for procedures, medications, infusions, and advanced imaging, as well as maintaining patient records in Epic and OnBase. I’ve supported patients at check-in and helped keep insurance and registration information accurate.
