At Telus International I annotated and labeled multimedia content, performed precise transcription and captioning, and authored data-focused documentation and technical briefs to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Previously at Grupo EPM I trained and optimized AI chatbot dialogues, reviewed AI-generated text in English and Spanish, and provided administrative and customer support across channels. I led process evaluations and supported automation initiatives that improved service workflows.
