I've provided community-based behavioral health, case management, and employment services for more than nine years. I support clients with crisis intervention, treatment planning, resource navigation, housing stability, and recovery-oriented goals.

At St. Charles Youth & Family Services, I provide employment-focused support including job readiness, employment planning, resume development, workforce engagement, service planning, and timely documentation. Previously, as a Case Manager, I supported at-risk youth through home visits, family collaboration, and coordinated community services.

At Broadstep Behavioral Health and Miracle Home Health Care, I delivered intensive case management, completed assessments and crisis plans, coordinated psychiatric and medical resources, and supported daily living and medication-management needs. I bring bilingual English/Spanish communication, trauma-informed care, and AI-assisted documentation workflows to improve service delivery.
