At 505 Games, I built the company’s first centralized analytics organization and established data capture, quality checks, pipelines, and analysis processes. I also developed AI-powered analytics capabilities that cut analysis turnaround from one week to five minutes at half the cost of a comparable traditional team.
I led product management and analytics for 505 Games’ free-to-play business. My work included predictive lifetime-value models for Marvel Puzzle Quest, a tutorial redesign that increased Crime Boss Day 1 retention by 5%, and an end-game feature for Gems of War that lifted ARPDAU by 15%.
At Jam City Games (formerly SGN), I led product strategy for live games including Book of Life and Genies & Gems. I partnered with Data Science on A/B tests, and a feature informed by competitive benchmarking increased ARPDAU by 10%.
Earlier, I launched and managed mobile games at Jam City Games, more than doubled lifetime value through feature and live-event optimization, and created an xPromo analytics system. At Electronic Arts, I created and managed an analytics system and team supporting multiple mobile platforms across 100+ games.
