What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, logistics, records, or information management role where I can support accurate operations, maintain organised documentation, coordinate workflows, and grow my professional experience.

I've supported end-to-end parcel operations at Nairobi Friends Parcels Office, processing, sorting, and dispatching up to 100 parcels daily while maintaining accurate tracking records and documentation.

I coordinate with couriers, drivers, and delivery personnel to schedule pickups and deliveries, monitor parcel flow, and resolve customer inquiries about delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. I also provide office administration support through scheduling, correspondence, and daily operational coordination.

During my internship at Jomo Kenyatta Memorial Library, I cataloged and classified materials, maintained inventory records, supported a computerized library management system rollout, and helped users access information resources.
