I spent several years in a high-paying role before starting Touchpoint, my own virtual assistance and recruitment business in the Philippines. I handled everything myself, from finding and vetting remote talent to matching people with companies and keeping both sides happy. That taught me a lot about hiring, clear communication, and what makes a remote working relationship last.

I’m now based in the USA and looking for my next opportunity, with a strong interest in healthcare and pharmacy support work. I like roles where I’m helping people directly and working with a close team. I’m organized, dependable, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
