At Verizon Wireless, I've led business intelligence infrastructure, reporting automation, and analytics strategy for digital finance transformation and Consumer Operations. My work has saved 400+ annual labor hours, exposed over $500K in revenue leakage, and reduced a Qlik reporting environment from 300+ sheets to roughly 12 high-impact dashboards.

I've built automated workflows with Google Apps Script and KNIME, engineered SQL analysis for churn and sales optimization, and authored executive reporting for C-suite leadership. I also created standardized documentation for CHW Migration and Hierarchy Validation and resolved DRM/Collibra bulk-upload reporting issues within the DCAT hierarchy.

Earlier at Verizon Wireless, I developed the One Team Reporting Hub, built operational dashboards for ISPU & Curbside, Click to Call, and retail contact lists, and automated national customer-experience report distribution with ColdFusion.

I bring hands-on experience across Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, BigQuery, and data warehousing, along with a practical focus on making complex reporting environments reliable and useful. I've also coached teams in SQL, Alteryx, and data visualization through a weekly technical upskilling program.
