At the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, I facilitate strategy sessions and coach early-stage ventures addressing housing insecurity and healthcare access. I help founders use customer discovery frameworks and connect with networks, funding, and institutional resources.
As a UNICEF/WHO Hand Hygiene Fellow, I reviewed global hand hygiene literature and synthesized workshop readouts to inform community guidance. I also developed five setting-specific fact sheets and integrated recommendations into UNICEF's behavior change implementation package.
At the International Fertilizer Development Center, I reviewed partnership models and agribusiness case studies across African countries for the 2SCALE program. I also collaborated with M&E and country teams to collect and verify partnership data, producing analyses for stakeholders.
I co-founded Solace Pillows, where I led 110 customer discovery interviews using Lean Methodology to validate demand for a smart pillow addressing remote-work back pain. I also cultivated three partnerships, built a viable business model, and pitched to entrepreneurs and angel investors.
