What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my customer service, logistics, and process-documentation experience while continuing my education in networking and cybersecurity.

At Contact One Call Center, I serve as the dedicated customer service agent for Healthforce Superfoods, filling wholesale and retail orders and coordinating distributor logistics across U.S. territories and international destinations.

I developed a new customer service SOP and handbook during a database migration, helping create clear guidance for the team.

Previously, I supported Fox Tucson Theatre operations as a house manager, stage hand, guest services worker, and maintenance team member. I also coordinate and perform with local orchestras as a principal French horn player and board member.
