I’ve built five years of experience across accounts receivable, product distribution, employee management, and inventory management—always focused on keeping operations accurate and moving. In my current Assistant General Manager role, I intake, process, and coordinate product distribution while managing the details that make shipments and reporting reliable.

I create shipping manifests and invoices for outgoing shipments using Dutchie and Metrc, log and organize invoices for incoming shipments, and prepare production reports in Google Sheets/Excel. I also handle employee schedules and assist with filing payroll, aligning daily coverage with workload and production needs.

Previously, as a Production Consultant, I processed and reviewed customer print orders to ensure customer satisfaction, operated production equipment, and packed and shipped items with care. I also bring strong customer service and team coordination skills from my time in a café, where I communicated with customers and delegated tasks to coworkers to keep service efficient.
