What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen information security, compliance, risk, audit, and remediation programs while partnering across business operations to improve controls and regulatory readiness.

At TD Bank, I coordinate Payment and Deposit Operations responses to audit, exam, remediation, and regulatory requests. I document control breakdowns and root causes, review action plans and closure packages, and help ensure remediation deliverables are completed.

Previously at Shellpoint Mortgage Services, I monitored policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, supported audits and examinations, and achieved 100% documentation accuracy while reducing policy retrieval time by 40%. I also built a comprehensive policy and procedure library, streamlined project execution through KPIs and stronger stakeholder communication, and developed Notary Public and Authorized Signing training materials.
