At Bee Creative, I gathered requirements from administrators and teachers, then configured and launched a production system that brings enrollment, attendance, billing, payroll, and accounting into one source of truth. I implemented a double-entry general ledger and a dual-currency billing engine, and added reports, role-based access, and an audit log.
I also took the system live with production loaders for the school’s chart of accounts, evaluation instruments, enrollment packets, and staff records. The application and family enrollment form use single-use links, and the system has 1,800+ automated tests.
As a Transformation Intern at LRS (Lakeshore Recycling Systems), I mapped the order-to-cash workflow across 8 departments and designed a Python, SQL, OCR, and SFTP automation recommendation for manual processes. My Snowflake analysis of 4,800+ customer records surfaced $156M in lifetime revenue mapped to inactive sales reps, including $84M across actively serviced accounts with no owner.
At UL Research Institutes & UL Standards and Engagement, I built FP&A forecasting and scenario models that supported Adaptive Planning adoption across 6 departments. I also analyzed control gaps, streamlined procurement and expense tracking, and reconciled supplier contracts and AP records in Workday.
