At Encompass Health, I led the migration of over 100 thousand contracts from legacy systems to the Contract Grid platform, ensuring accuracy for active contracts before soft launch. I serve as a primary liaison across developers, administrators, and users to resolve data inquiries and system bugs, while running daily technical processes and reporting with Microsoft Access, RStudio, and PyCharm. I also troubleshoot complex IT tickets by validating data integrity and collaborating with my team.
