What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level IT helpdesk role where I can troubleshoot end-user connectivity, wireless, printers, and workstation setup, learn network support, and deliver reliable customer communication.

I’m an entry-level IT Helpdesk professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity, networking, and workstation issues through Cisco Packet Tracer home labs. I focus on fast, practical diagnostics and clear end-user communication.

In my network connectivity troubleshooting lab, I diagnosed and resolved end-user “no internet” issues by identifying incorrect IP addressing, gateway, and DHCP misconfigurations. I used ping and IP configuration tools to isolate and correct network faults, keeping connectivity fixes accurate and repeatable.

I also support common workspace needs—configuring and troubleshot a shared network printer with static IP addressing, and restoring Wi-Fi access when users faced incorrect SSID credentials, security settings, and DHCP assignment. For internal access, I identified routing issues preventing users from accessing internal company servers on different subnets and implemented routing fixes to restore access.

For onboarding and day-to-day operations, I configured new user workstations with DHCP and DNS resolution, verified access to network resources, and documented system setup steps. I’m building my network support foundation through my Computer Support specialization (Fall 2025) and upcoming Computer Networking Support (Fall 2026).
