I am a dedicated professional with hands-on experience in IT client support and digital communications. Currently, I serve as a Customer Service Analyst at ALDI International IT Services, where I provide professional client-facing support across Europe in both Italian and English. My solid knowledge of the ITIL framework and incident management processes has enabled me to deliver high-quality service while meeting SLA standards. I thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with second-line support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

In addition to my role at ALDI, I volunteer as a Web Content Editor for NGO Elmeny Tar, where I maintain and update the organization’s WordPress website. My responsibilities include visual and written content creation for blogs and social media, as well as planning and executing online charity campaigns. I take pride in building and nurturing long-term partnerships and sponsor relations, contributing to PPC campaigns, and employing SEO-conscious writing to enhance our online presence.

My passion for communication and digital content editing drives me to seek a remote position where I can leverage my skills in customer support and digital communications.
