What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my customer experience, digital engagement, escalation handling, and reputation-management skills in a fast-paced service environment focused on high standards and continuous improvement.

I manage digital customer engagement and brand reputation at OmniContact, responding to complaints and public comments across phone, email, chat, and social platforms. I also moderate content, monitor online feedback, analyze sentiment, and provide insights that support service improvements.

Previously, I spent more than five years at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe delivering multi-channel support, resolving escalated complaints, supporting retention and service recovery, and training new staff in customer engagement practices.

I've also supervised compliant testing operations at Party Time | Prometric and supported administration, records, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing at the Ministry of Local Government.
