At Aegean Park Hotel, I coordinate daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and IT. I also oversee hotel IT systems, network connectivity, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting.
I work with hotel ownership on operational planning, service improvements, and problem-solving. My responsibilities also include supporting staffing coordination, guest relations, complaint resolution, purchasing, and supplier communication.
At The Broadmoor, I completed a cross-departmental hospitality internship, working as a restaurant host at Summit Restaurant and a barista at Café Julie’s. I also supported valet operations by coordinating guest vehicle requests and recording vehicle check-ins and check-outs in an internal system.
My experience includes guest relations at Hillside Beach Club, front office reception and food and beverage service at Aegean Park Hotel, and supporting the finance department at Bilkent Hotel. I bring a background in tourism and hotel management alongside experience with hotel systems, digital tools, and AI workflows.
